We are always interested in making our Shop more efficient, easier to use and more accommodating for all of our customers.
We appreciate and welcome all feedback whether it is negative or positive! Hearing back from our customers is vital for us to understand what is going well and what is not.
So whether its anything like:
- Products you really want to see in our shop (we are always on the lookout to add new products, so any recommendations on what your pup loves, would really help)
- Feedback to our free Coaster scheme and how the technical side of things work for you (we currently went with an automated process and trying to get a feeling for how well this works, or is it even annoying?)
- Feedback on any products we currently have (is anything unclear, should more information be added to our products? If so, what?)
- Any changes or additions we should add to our website in general
- Any positive feedback regarding our shop or products
- Etc, etc.
